Engine developed a hole in the right lower side of the block during operation after PTO engagement and mower impact. Engine would not restart after failure occurred. Reported on unit with 89 total operating hours.

Customer states Deere corporate customer service and CEO don't care about customers. X350 tractor has had mechanical issues since purchase. Only 41.8 hours and now needs left spindle replacement (should last 300 hours). Lawn tractors expensive but 'very cheaply made' and breaks down more than usable. PowerGard warranty won't cover.
