Front lights flicker or strobe when low beams are on and engine is running. Lights work fine when key is on but engine is not running. Alternator was checked and confirmed fine. Issue suspected to be caused by vibration-induced bad ground or bare wires.

Doing this for my dad. Recently purchased a John Deere 6430. He was cleaning it as it was trashed so he took a pressure washer to it unfortunately. After getting done, went to turn on the tractor and it started but however, if you want to raise the rpms, the tractor won’t do so and goes into limp mode if you may. The service records indicated its had electrical and fuel issues before. Was curious if y’all had any tips to fix this problem or any direction where I can go from here! Thanks in advance! The dimmer switch was replaced awhile back. I'm not an electrical person but I'm posting this for my boyfriend. He hasn't been able to find the problem. I'm assuming it could be caused by vibration while engine is running with a bad ground or bare wires but idk.

Hello all. I'm new to farming and starting small with 9 acres. At my disposal i have a JD 6430 and JD 5420. As for implements, I have a 4 bottom 2 way plow, and 2 older model 11 foot disc cultivators as well as a plastic mulch/drip tape layer. My fields(pasture grass and alfalfa in sandy loam) have been plowed to ~12inches deep and thouroughly disc cultivated. The problem is the root balls are so plentiful they are interfering with the proper operation of the plastic mulch layer/seed bed maker. I am considering purchasing a *Danish spring harrow* to clear out the trash, I could use some wisdom from those who have first hand knowledge. *What implement would work best to clear the debris from my field? I ordered three of these injectors compatible with john deere AT110293 from both amazon and then partsasap and both injectors had the fuel return line coming out on the wrong side, this makes it so the injector can’t seat because the side the line is on is raised on the engine so the injector won’t go all the way down. Has anyone dealt with this and know what injector to order? 2001 JD 4300 3TNE84-EJTS yanmar. John deere said that injector number was correct for my tractor, but I don’t want to order them from JD because they’re $270 a piece!!!!
