When engaging the PTO with an FC15E batwing mower, the tractor stalls unless the engine is running at wide open throttle. The tractor has 83 hp at PTO, exceeding the mower's 50 hp requirement, making the stall unexpected.

Help— John Deere 5100M issues

Alright John Deere folks. Purchased a 5100M brand new, currently has 17 hours. This is the second time I have had the Blue I light come on (I believe it’s the information light). When this light comes on the tractor shifts to neutral, all electronics turn off- meaning no radio a/c or lights. Smelled electrical smell so I pulled key out of ignition and it wouldn’t even turn off. When I had the problem previously dealership said it was a ground issue. But 7 hours later I’m having the same problem. Hoping someone has a solution as I need to blade driveway. It has a foot of snow on it. Already checked fuel filter, it’s not jelled diesel is also treated. Any suggestions to get me back and running?
