PTO shaft seal began leaking after transmission repair. Seal appeared improperly installed (installed with hammer and screwdriver) and was dry rotted despite being billed as new. Customer experienced significant hydraulic fluid loss requiring daily top-ups.

Parking pawl fractured causing damage to transmission gear. Issue diagnosed and repaired at dealership in September 2024, with transmission disassembly and component replacement required.

Took John Deere 5525 into Ag Pro Rome Ga in September 2024 for noise in transmission. They diagnosed parking pawl broke and damaged gear. They took cab off tractor, broke it down, and "repaired" with new parts. Fast forward Summer of 2025, PTO shaft seal starts leaking. Took 3 bolts off and removed plate (see attached pictures).
