On the third day after delivery of a new L130, the engine would just stop while mowing but restart was instant. I should have recognized that there was an underlying problem. Now with 300 hours, engine is surging and I took it to James River Equipment. I was charged $161.00 to be told that it couldn't be repaired without a new carb ($200.00 out of their parts dept). Now estimate is up to $500.00 +
