I have had my John Deere LX176 for 23 years. I have replaced each belt once within the last couple years, including the snow blower. I just replaced the PTO switch for $18. This is all I have had to do in 23 years. Buy another John Deere someday?? ABSOLUTELY!! How can you beat this?!

John Deere LX176 won't start

Yesterday I started up my lx176 and it blew a bunch of white smoke after starting, but after 30 seconds the smoke died out and worked fine. Today I went to start it again and it just turns over, doesn't start. Any idea what could be wrong?
