Help downloading an RX75 lawn tractor manual.
low

I found some operator manuals, and an engine manual (Kawasaki) for this John Deere RX75, but I can't find a technical manual for specifications for critical adjustments. I'm not sure if they call it a Service, Repair, or Technical etc manual, but I haven't been able to find a free download that didn't appear fishy. Please LMK if you have a link to the proper manual. This machine is throwing belts (how I got it), I bought the OEM JD blade belt, but want to make sure I have everything adjusted properly. All the pulleys are good, the spindle is smooth, tensioner arm and pulley are fine, I think the deck height adjustment is off quite a bit and they were using the wrong belt. Thanks for any help.

John Deere RX75 tractor blades not spinning with enough force to cut grass after blade pulley replacement. Possibly installed pulley incorrectly? Spindle bearings?
low

My original blade pulley simply rusted out and fell off while cutting the grass. Everything was fine with the mower up until that point, so I figured I would simply replace this pulley and that would be it. This is my first time messing with lawn tractor pulleys so I am inexperienced in this matter, but the new pulley seemed to screw right in just fine. But there seems to be way too much up and down play in the pulley, and I'm pretty sure this isn't normal. I've tightened the nut as tight as I can. Can the spindle bearings or some part of the spindle have also failed at the exact same time? Did I install this pulley incorrectly or can another issue cause this? Nothing else seemed damaged including the belt when the original pulley fell off. Here is a video of the issue. The deck is lowered all the way for visibility purposes and does spin a little better with the deck raised, but maybe a quarter of the speed it needs to be spinning at and it's making that terrible noise, and you can see the pulley clearly has a lot of up and down play: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYVV6yyJ5e0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYVV6yyJ5e0)
