There is a massey Ferguson ditched near my house.

It has recently come to my attention there is a 1130 ditched somewhere in the woods behind my house. I own the land, does that mean I own the tractor if I find it? One problem, it is somewhere in 41 acres of incredibly thick forest, is to worth my time to even look for it, it has sat for the last 30 years. I have pulled a Ford 8N out of those woods, and several horse drawn implements already(it was/is a tobacco/pine tree farm) If I find it, how do I even go about beginning to fix it?
