Cylinder sleeves 1 and 2 were found in the bottom of the oil pan after engine loss of compression. Occurred approximately 100 hours after professional overhaul by skilled technician. Root cause unclear but may involve improper sleeve installation, incorrect piston rings, wrong head gasket, or engine overspeed.
